SUGGESTED DELIVERY METHODS
NEOTYPE uses the services of Coliship for domestic deliveries and DHL Express for International deliveries.
SHIPPING COST
Delivery costs are calculated at the end of the order; they vary according to the geographical location of the buyer as well as the total value of the basket. They are calculated after recording the delivery details.
The prices indicated in the catalog are inclusive of tax, all taxes included (for the European community, i.e. 20% VAT) and excluding delivery costs.
FRANCE
Delivery of orders less than or equal to €90 including tax is set at €5 for France. Orders over €90 incl. tax are free of charge.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders of €90 or less (incl. VAT) shipped via Colissimo are subject to a €15 shipping fee (incl. VAT).
Orders over €90 (incl. VAT) are shipped free of charge via DHL Worldwide Express.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply depending on the destination country, particularly for countries outside the European Union.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and must be paid directly to the carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.
For orders shipped to the United States, the Buyer is informed that import tariffs may be applied by U.S. Customs.
These import taxes cannot be considered a valid reason for refusing the parcel or requesting a return or refund.
In the event that the Buyer refuses to pay import duties or abandons the parcel in customs, NEOTYPE will not cover any shipping costs, whether initially paid or offered.
In such cases, these shipping costs as well as any other administration fee charged by the courrier or local customs office will be deducted from the refund amount corresponding to the cancelled order.
The Buyer receives, along with the order confirmation email, a tracking link to monitor the shipment’s delivery status.
ADDRESS AND DELIVERY TIMES
NEOTYPE delivers its Products in mainland France, including Corsica, in Europe, and in countries outside the European Union.
Any contribution to shipping costs is inclusive of VAT.
The Products are sent to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the ordering process, NEOTYPE cannot be held responsible in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address indicated by the Buyer.
THE BUYER
In the event that the Buyer's order relates to several Products, NEOTYPE reserves the right to send them to him in several installments.
The Products acquired by the Buyer are generally delivered within four (4) working days in mainland France and Corsica and 7 working days for international from the receipt of the second delivery email. In all cases, the Products are delivered within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the second delivery email.
NEOTYPE undertakes to use its best efforts to deliver the Products ordered by the Buyer within the deadlines specified above.
If the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) days is exceeded, the Buyer may request the immediate termination of the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address located at 79, Avenue des Ternes – 75017 Paris or by email at the following address: contact@neotypewatches.com, and obtain reimbursement of the sums paid for his order.
The sums paid by the Buyer will then be returned to him without delay, and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was terminated.
Pursuant to article 1218 of the Civil Code, NEOTYPE cannot be held responsible or considered to have committed a fault in the processing of the Buyer's file, if any delay or non-performance results from a case of force majeure such as defined by the French courts.
Upon receipt of his order, the customer is invited to check the state of packaging and the conformity of the products delivered and to immediately report any anomaly by sending an email to contact@neotypewatches.com.
