NEOTYPE will then send (during the first exchange) a prepaid postage label by e-mail for NEOTYPE to cover the postage costs. When returning for refund or for a second exchange, postage is the responsibility of the customer.

NEOTYPE cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss or theft of the package during its delivery.

Upon receipt of the package, NEOTYPE will objectively judge the condition of the returned goods. Repair costs will be deducted from the reimbursement in the event of damage noted or non-compliance with the recommendations explained above.

RETURN FEES

In the event of a return or exchange, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
For orders delivered within mainland France, a fixed fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund amount or charged at the time of exchange.

For international returns, a fixed fee of €30 will be deducted from the refund amount or charged at the time of exchange.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete (box, manual, accessories) and unworn, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

NEOTYPE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
Any exchange or refund will only be processed once the returned items have been physically received and verified as meeting the above requirements.

NEOTYPE watches are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover damage or breakdowns caused by improper use*, knocks, scratches, glass breakage or any general aesthetic alteration of the watch resulting from handling the watch.
